Kijiji scam

Feel a bit embarrassed that I was "got" by this.
I get an email from Kijiji saying they had to pull one of my ads due to policy infractions. I click in the link and it takes me to the Kijiji log-in page. I enter my username and password only to be taken to what looks like the same page but it's a different Kijiji city (Prince George) WTF?? Only then do I look at the URL. (I'm doing all this on the iPhone) and the address is:
http://meatdvor.natm.ru/.l/.secure.kijiji.ca/

I quickly went to the proper Kijiji site and changed my password. So just a heads up to anyone getting a similar email.

I can't help but wonder what someone could possibly gain from acquiring your username and pass for kijiji?

Even if you pay for ad space, your CC # is probably hidden.

A lot of people use the same password for multiple accounts. Kijiji, eBay, Paypal etc. These guys get numerous email/userID's along with a Kijiji password and a good percentage of those will have the same combo for their Paypal. Once they've got that....well you know the rest.
