Have you heard of Safeway or Co-op? They both have delis where meat is sliced fresh to your specifications.
I know this because I make rueben sandwiches every day of the week.

The X5 i bought earlier this year really is FULLY LOADED though not a single option missing including infrared night driving
Couldn't you just buy sliced corned beef and mince it yourself?Originally posted by n1zm0
^ theres 2 types of corned beef, canned minced and the salt sured brisket kind that comes as deli meat, he means the minced stuff and that stuff OP i have only ever seen in a can

^^^yea but i don't want the canned shit, I want like a big hunk of it that I can chop myself. i would think that a deli would have it, but i've never seen it at co-op or safeway or whatever.
actually, i have a can of that hereford in my pantry and it's been there for like a year... holding out for the real thing lOL
.
The 'corned beef' in the deli has different consistency and it won't become ground beef-style; it's too dry to become ground beef.Originally posted by Guillermo

Oh. Well in that case, just do what somebody mentioned earlier; ask for a chunk at the deli instead of slices.Originally posted by Guillermo

Is this what you are looking for?
I've seen similar packaged uncooked corned beef brisket made by Maple Leaf at both Safeway and Sobeys in the meat department.
