Want to paint concrete foundation wall in unheated garage.

I want to paint the concrete foundation wall in my garage..... it is un-insulated along the concrete and is half underground and gets some frost build up in the winter as the garage is slightly warmer then outside. Anything special I need to do to ensure the paint sticks? Will if even stick with the moisture build up? Only want to paint it if it’s going to last more than 1 winter.

I had the same thing, frost/moisture line on the concrete foundation. I just primed it with kilz premium, and painted with a bear exterior paint (home depot cheap stuff). No frost line, no moisture, no pealing. I might have got lucky, but it still looks like the day I painted it. Couple pic's. I was going for functional, no beauty.
