Don't think I've ever searched this hard for any of my pieces. Including the Rolex's, AP or the Patek. But as they say, perseverance pays and after searching high and dry, I finally have the elusive Lake Tahoe on my wrist. And oh my God is it ever glorious. Everything I imagined and more. Haha.

That's gorgeous. I personally like more sporty looking pieces though as I have a few dress ones. Mojave annual perpetual would be nice, but I am not in the mood to drop 40K on something that I will never see in return for the most part. Hence I settled on the Lake Tahoe chrono.

Yeah, I there is something nice about not having to mess around. These GMT's don't have quick set dates so you have to turn the crown forever to spin the hands. I don't even bother anymore

That's why you get a watch winder. I have a Wolf 4 watch winder which is constantly keeping 4 pieces alive and that allows me to have 5 auto on rotation at any given time. 1 on the wrist and 4 on the winder. Do wish I had gotten a bigger watch winder though as I still have several pieces in safe/drawers that could be in rotation.
