I heard on the news because theres "so much money" in this city that people speed even when police are watching as they can afford the tickets? but i am not sure about these two drivers

but in the very near future we're all screwed anyways, picture an unmarked unsuspecting cop car with ALPR cams, onboard 3GPP LTE, no chance at all:

Anyone remember the video of the Prelude driver getting pulled over and talked to by the CPS on Bow trail??

It was filmed by his passenger I believe, a few years ago.

The CPS traffic guy just laid on this kid for driving like a jackass.

back when I did speed I would always be on the lookout for current model crown vic's, white/blue suv's, or white trucks with tool box's and rear cab guards. I would always slow down to 10 above and check there license plate to see if it was a regular plate with the black sticker of death; if it was good to go away I resumed my regular cruising speed. Finally when gas prices first went past the dollar mark I realized there was no real point to speeding; eventually you get to a red light and the guy you passed a km or 2 back ends up right beside you. Its just waste of petrol in the end.

Edit* - I hope they continue to post these captured videos they are pretty entertaining to watch.
