My company outgrew this space and we have moved to a larger permanent location last month. We would like to sub lease 5 fully furnished offices that we currently have in Bow Valley Square in the Western Corporate Business Center (Tower II, floor 32). Our lease expires October 2013 so we are looking for a tenant or multiple tenants to rent our office space on a long or short term basis.

The offices are fully furnished and many services are included in your monthly rent such as; internet, phone, coffee, mail handling and use of 2 receptionists.


Here are the available offices and their monthly rents:

Suite 3226 (150 sq.ft. with windows) - $1,400.00 per month
Suite 3227 (225 sq.ft. corner unit with windows) - $2,00.00 per month
Suite 3228 (150 sq.ft. with windows) - $1,400.00 per month
Suite 3229 (150 sq.ft. with windows) - $1,400.00 per month
Suite 3232 (150 sq.ft. with windows) - $1,400.00 per month

as long as you don't disturb the other tenants with noise / traffic you are ok to operate your business
