Who said 1% of china is rich? As of last year, there's 1.11 million, millionaires. That's 3.2% of Canada's population, and just being a millionaire, doesn't make you rich.

maybe cause the new gen doesn't have to ride bicycles everywhere anymore, so their kids grew up around cars and are more acquainted with the fact of driving... 'properly'

Yeah dude...I was there for a month last year and did not see one single collision, despite the fact that everyone had no regard for lanes, traffic lights, right of way, etc.

When I was in Greece a few years back, I saw my first collision as I was walking down the steps of the apartment building I was staying at the first day I was there, and witnessed several more throughout the month.

They are pretty good drivers out there...just not here

I was really surprised with the shit they were pulling when I was there. Didn't see 1 accident for the 2 weeks.

Saw a 4 car pile up on my drive home today.
