http://www.shell.ca/home/content/can.../shell_vpower/Is Shell V-Power premium gasoline safe for all vehicles?
-Shell V-Power is effective in all gasoline-powered engines found in conventional, modern and hybrid vehicles as well as motorcycles, snowmobiles, and leisure marine vehicles.
-Tested in today’s advanced turbo-charged and direct injection engines, Shell V-Power helps resist thermal breakdown at high temperatures, actively protecting against gunk under tough engine conditions.
-Shell V-Power premium gasoline in Canada does not contain ethanol
Only gas I fill in my car is 91 Shell octance.

I think they use what's called a fuel broker wholesaler, they go with what's cheapest. It just won't have all the additives (Nitrogen enriched super valve cleaning chemical jargon)
Agreed, I love it!Originally posted by zipdoa

Yup. While places like Costco can stay with one refinery for months, there is no guarantee.Originally posted by btimbit

The base stock is all the same anyway. Branded ones just has additives.
