WTB: Cheap car under 4grand

Looking for any car under 4 grand, basically just has to have a drivers seat, a steering wheel, 4 tires and runs well, and not interested in repairing the car either, has to get on the road ASAP.

i got 90 civic hb dx $2500. next to no rust, 4 wheels all that good stuff runs very well, ive had no problems at all with it.
