I had the same thing on deerfoot 2 weeks ago, he didn't want to wait for the 2 vehicles in front to merge. No video but yellow bug from the white f150 "eat a dick".

I don't get why they don't have some u-turn allowed signs on advance greens like in the US. They work great and do not disrupt any flow since no one here accelerates while turning anyways.

It's not just the US. Even Ontario has no issues against u turns. Pretty sure it's just western Canada

As for the negative comments about my previous post (which I didn't see until now), in no way was I blaming the OP. Clearly that was the other driver's fault. All I was saying is that with a little more awareness, it probably could have been mitigated.

And yes, Elliot - facepalm me all you want, but I'm not the one driving around like a douche nearly causing accidents. You are hardly the benchmark on how to drive defensively.

Dash cams, esp in big trucks, in NO WAY reflect what the driver can see from their vantage point. Another video of something similar shows trucker driving with the car, perpendicular for a few moments.

Pretty sure he saw the whole thing unfold at first since he did move left almost to the rumble strips. Must've lost sight of her afterwards when she kept going.
