OH GOD HES HAD ANOTHER DRINK...and now hes back....=(
You should get that call ringing beside your Americano. It's probably a 65 year old woman about to fall for your BS. Just think. That could be your next months Starbucks/Office fee. PAID! Think of that!Originally posted by James2013

James....come on.....enough already!
Lmao at this thread-surrection. He bumped the thread over at the outdoorsman forum too. They quickly nixed it.
It takes a special kind of crazy to zombie your own bash-thread.
Thanks for the bump Jim, gave me a chance to read something I missed out on a few months ago.

Most people had forgotten about this, but he decided to revive this, and with a surge of down-syndromed illiterate dribble.
Some people just aren't very smart. Debating in this forum will not give anyone reason to deal with him, but quite the opposite, thread win.
Wow. What a thread! On a side note, this might be the same Jim thatm joined a Facebook group I created years ago. He's definitely a keyboard warrior. Started many confrontational conversations. I had numerous requests from other members complaining about his comments. There were many that claimed he was sending insulting and harassing private messages based on political opinions being debated in the group.
Also wanted to add my experience in buying and selling used cars. I'm just an average Joe, but have never had any problems securing financing from banks for purchases of cars through private deals. And I have sold over ten vehicles privately over Kijiji with no issues. Some took a few months, some room a few days. In the end, Jim is providing a service that not many people on this site would require.
I can also vouch for A970's integrity. He was an employee of mine at one time, and conducted himself with honesty and class.
Have a great weekend. I need to come back here more often.

Well let me ask you a question then. If you can sell vehicles without financing (as you say) then WHY for the "Love of Gawd" is there not a SINGLE dealer out there that just offers lower prices? No financing at all? Huh?
If you think the average person is walking around with over 10 grand in their pocket, I think you need a wake up call.
As a matter of fact, short of calling you a "looney tune", I would like for you to explain the FORMER if it is so frigging easy. Why, if it is so frigging easy, cannot YOU find ONE single dealer out there selling vehicles with NO financing whatsoever? If you cannot answer that question, then I question YOU and your credibility.
Yet that is just the "first step" on this moronic trip of yours where you want ONLY what? The 1%? 2% of the people who test drive your vehicle to have over 10 grand in their back pocket?
Yet let us go down the road of the 2nd step ok... just to make sure you have a chance of NOT being a complete moron.
Step 2 would be that people (or Financing Companies) would have NO PROBLEM financing a "Private Vehicle" in which the transmission can fall out tomorrow, and their customer will no longer pay the loan payment, with nobody to fall back on, THAN a dealer, who if does not fix that transmission, they have the power of threat to never finance with that dealer again. How about that one on your road of moronic ideas?
So on the first we have what? 2% of the people who can actually pull over 10 grand out of their wallet? Right? And on the other scenario so far, we have a person or company RATHER lending money on a sale where the seller will never be around again, if the deal goes bad, as opposed to a dealer that WILL. Sounds like 2 moronic ideas to me.
Yet let's talk about a 3rd option here for someone who has this cash or ready financing for over 10 grand huh? What are their options?
Dealer offers:
0.9% financing on a new vehicle
Free Undercoating
Free Extended Warranty
And still YOU think YOU can sell vehicles on Kijiji faster and better than dealers without financing huh? How about I just call you what you are. FULL OF IT.
Yet let's go further! Have you ever spent time calling people with vehicles for sale and see how long they take to sell? No? Try it! As I have! Most turn them into the dealer at great loss, or still have it 6 months later.
Yet NOW you are telling me this is NOT the case for you, and although you cannot show me a dealer doing this easy thing you do, and it does not make sense for any financial organization to lend money on a private sale, YOU somehow are the "God of Car Selling".
Well, God, I think it is time for you to go into business with your talents and open the FIRST car lot in North America selling vehicles with NO financing whatsoever, and expect it is EASY for everyone to get this financing for everything on your lot, and be a hero.
Or admit that you are full of it.
Kijiji > you.Originally posted by James2013

So this clown clearly has no idea the damage he's doing I guess?
Ah well reading his incoherent ramblings is actually kind of entertaining. I'm sure when he posted that random disjointed grouping of words it made sense in his head. Then when he wakes up in the morning he reads it and thinks "Shit I did it again"
Either that or someone is having a big laugh at our expense, I find it hard to believe anyone is as stupid as this James Stewart guy has come across.
OMG this is funny.
No... silly.
Someone with experience designs a website to actually SELL vehicles, knowing what works and what does not. Knows the industry.
Knowing what the average person does not know when they get so upset at what the Dealer is offering them, and opt to sell it on their own.
It's like you are upset at the chemist, for the cost of your drugs and you just think you can make the drugs on your own.
What would YOU say if somebody came in off the street and thought they could do your job better than you? Huh? Call em stupid?
If you are gonna jump into the BIG game of selling, you better know what your competition is and it's advantages. Try to at least EQUAL them!
Yet as a novice, YOU never think about financing. Oh so easy to get! Never crosses your mind that there is not a single dealership in business that does not have it, and that there might be GOOD reason for that! No. A non-issue to novices.
Yet if you wake up to the game, and realize you need financing, how much leverage do you have as an individual to get the best financing??? None?
Exactly! Do you think if a website has MANY vehicles, that they might get better financing than you can as an individual? Huh? Rocket Science?
So what is it gonna cost you? Bump your ad on Kijiji for 3 months to a top ad and it will cost you $120. No financing. No guarantees. Lots of idiots calling you.
For $150 you get the power of the best financing AND a Money Back Guarantee, and YOU find that a rip off?
Give your head a shake! It is called a "viable business model" and one needed in the marketplace. Choose to use one or not, but discredit one, when you have never tried it? Never heard of anyone getting ripped off (as you call it)? That has ZERO complaints from the BBB?
I not only think you are "Not Thinking" but kicking someone unfairly!
Just because a bad Painter paints your house, are you never gonna paint it with a Painter again? Or learn from past mistakes.
Oh... I already KNOW your option. Bad mouth ALL Painters!
There are lots of Companies in this industry, and even if someone worked for one which YOU might have found to be bad, it does not mean EVERY frigging company they work for is painted with that brush! Ever had a boss go bankrupt? Should you then NEVER be employable?
Give your friggin head a shake!
You are right, your business isn't a scam however, you and your team are full of shit. Your business ethics are straight up wack as hell. You tell your potential clients they get exposure on your site, offer financing, etc. Some even say they already pre-found a buyer for your vehicle they just need to approve them on a finance after you pay the fee
The shady parts to your gig:
-According to alexa you have no traffic so as far as exposure goes that is complete BS. I'd rather post my vehicle for sale on a porn web site marketplace in Pakistan as oppose to your site for whatever $60+ dollars.
PROOF: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/ezcars...m#trafficstats
Your stats not even in the top 100,000,000 lmao
(post your Analytics of 100s of people visiting your web site each day to prove me wrong)
-Your money back guarantee is bogus because you ask for a notarized copy of a title (we are in Canada, we have no titles). It is unclear as fuck who needs to notarize this document as well. I was also told in order to get a refund you have to physically mail this document to your PO box or whatever and don't accept an email copy! AWESOME all must happen within 10 days (not 10 business days lmao).
-You call people that post their cars on autotrader, kijiji, etc. (You are soliciting)
I could understand this being a great business if your web site was actually popular but if you have done shit all for marketing and just swindle people by lying to them about how great your web site is. (when its actually a POS wordpress junk, non SEO'd web site, overall crap, spelling errors).
There you go i summed your gay business up in one post. What a waste of time. But I don't wish anyone else be ripped off by your crappy site.
