Update Foreclosures list

Anyone have a recently updated foreclosures list? I'm looking for a diamond in the rough in or near downtown. Preferably a condo. I saw a few lists on here, but haven't seen any updates lately.

Wow Edmonton is really slow right now.....

4377 listings in Edmonton only 23 are Pending a sale...0525%

Now compare Calgary

6895 listings, 400 are pending a sale...5.801%

Most of the time foreclosures are sold without any conditions.

It's a buyers market, dont let them bully you around

if they want to sell it , they'll let you in and have conditions,.. foreclosures will have a "schedule A"

this basically means the seller (the lender in this case) holds NO WARRANTY with the property, pretty much as is where is, if there are problems in the future you didn't see, you can't go back against the lender.

Again - Buyers market, you can dictate some of the terms and conditions.

The Court of Queens bench hard to deal with, alot easier when its bank owned. They will not allow us to have access to the unit as they do not even have the keys, The realtor has not seen the unit nor has she met the lasy living there. We did find a way to get in.

Iam showing the Panorama listing tomorrow, All offers must be unconditional on that also.

That panorama house is ok,.. def needs work, but worth it at the right price.

Damn Court rulings anyways, why bother listing a house without keys and access. Just a big headache for everyone involved, buying and selling and in this case renting/occupying/squatting?
