Looks good, GM is producing the right products again.
I love the new GM gen III/IV/V engines, but it irritates me a bit that they re-use so many RPOs such as LT1, LS6, LS7, LS2, LS3, LS4, L98, L99. I understand they want to capitalize off some of the success the old engines had, but it makes things a little difficult sometimes.
Really nice looking engine, cool to see the "lowly" LTx series get a little revenge on it's more popular brother. Hope it sounds as mean as the previous LT1
*Perhaps not, aluminum block & didn't see firing order

Doesn't have to use premium either. I smell much higher numbers with a legit premium fuel tune.

I like those numbers, cant wait for the new Vette I think its going to be a killer car.
Hopefully this makes the last of the 2013s hard to sell, I have my eye on a red one on our showroom floor :P
Very Impressive, I very much want. I'll have to see how much a turn-key crate engine would sell for. Id love to toss one of these in my S10. Although you can get a (used, from a wrecked car) LS3 (much the same engine) and a 6speed manual tranny for $5,500 Landed on ebay.
but like what was said, I really wish GM would stop re-using old engine codes. The old LT1 was a now-tired old (5.7L) brute with not-so-enticing performance figures today. To give this 6.2 engine the same name is kinda

Race fuel and a good tune.....600?
