ugh dreading this. May have to start going late or super early in Jan while the resolution people give up by the time February rolls around.
Locker rooms are crazy as is at WHC. Wonder if people mostly show up for the shower/sauna than actually working out.
Thinking about reverse resolution and take the first couple weeks off to avoid the jan rush.
Not looking forward to this at all. If only I could find a decent priced power rack and bench that goes incline decline flat and military then I'd be set at home. Not many people at my gym have proper etiquette (leaving weights everywhere) and I can only imagine it getting worse. On the plus side you can expect a surge of deals on equipment in February from all the people buying stuff to get in shape then just becoming lazy.
Every January, I seriously want to have a home gym
At least I can normally go to the gym during the day so not as busy.
I am happy that my gym is not a commercial gym and as such will not be over populated with idiots tomorrow.
Have fun suckers!
Damn January Joiners. If people were actually serious about getting in shape they wouldn't wait until new years.

January is the worst month at the gym.
Lockers are all full, weights everywhere, line ups for everything

Kinda like this morning when I wanted to tell my GF to pass the sugar and it came out "You fucking bitch, you've ruined my life."
Well, to be fair, most people are at their fattest right after xmas, because of all the junk food, and the winter weight is starting to settle in. So of course their "resolution" is going to start in January.Originally posted by acura_el

I always go in January. December is too busy of a month for me. I'm lazy anyways so it doesn't last long until I stop. Then go again
I'm not looking forward to finding out how busy it is there tomorrow...
My gym was only open a few hours today so I was safe
^^^^ HAHAHAHAHAAHAHHA
meh, my gym doenst really change. our intro classes double up this month but most of those people realize its too hard and dont join after its over.
Christmas week at CF YMCA was ludicrous, which was weird. I shudder going back this week. Luckily I have a terrible cold right now.
Until after Valentines day, I just work out at home for the first 6~ weeks of every new year. No point of even trying a gym

Lucky for me, my gym is small and I only go at nights. No problem here!
GO FLAMES GO!
Im just happy my gym stopped doing that gay ass zumba crap
Never go during peak times anyways so it's usually still
