Motorcycle of course. They are riding on the shoulder, and bicycles are considered vehicles as well...

So vehicle rear ending other vehicle(s).... Pretty clear.
Im a cyclist and a biker, and just cringe at this video... Sucks for all involved.

Definitely sucks for all involved. There doesn't seem to be much of a shoulder however you can clearly see that the guy on the motorcycle goes into the shoulder. I was always unsure as to who would be at fault in something like this since IMO it seems super dangerous to cycle on a narrow road like that with blind corners.

haha... you cant start banning from cyclists from roads where "people might speed" or where "motorcyclists might use shoulder in sweeping turns".

Quite certain that is a famous corner on Mulholand Drive, the corner tightens and has been the scene of many strange looking crashes. Lots of cars end up off the outside of the bend in the dirt, and there always seems to be a camera there.

Yup. Seen a lot of hilarious motorcycle videos on that corner. Low sides, high sides, guys just gently riding into the outside barrier. It's got everything!
