    Default Looking for General Contractor

Hey everybody. Any recommendations for a general contractor to do a basement bar? Nothing super fancy or large. Just a basic bar with upper/lower cabinets, tile, electrical and some plumbing. I'm assuming city permits aren't required to do a bar right? Thanks in advance.

A wet bar involving plumbing and electrical will/should require city permits. whether or not you get one is ultimately up to you. most reputable professionals will insist on them before starting work.
