    Default Walking Distance

What do you consider to be an acceptable walking distance from your place? Especially your place to work.

I walk from a little past the bestbuy on 17th ave to sun life plaza and don't find it too bad; about 35 minutes or so each way

Used to walk 28 blocks from Mount Pleasant to 7th Ave & 1st St - did this rain, snow or sunshine and even in -30c weather.
    Will fuck off, again.

Anything is acceptable. Just depends how far you're willing to walk and how much time you have

For myself, it's got to be under 30 minutes to make it a regular trip.

I wouldn't likely accept any farther than I do right now. 15 to 20 minutes one way, or 11ish blocks

I am about a 15 minute walk from work right now and that's probably a decent amount. About 4 blocks of that are outside and the rest can all be done indoor through pedways. So that makes it a lot easier.

s only really bad a few days of the year. Looking at you February!

Or 30 min bike ride. Either way though I'd probably drive if it was winter and the wind was in my face.

They're certainly big, but I don't know if they are the BEST I've tasted.

I used to walk 25 mins before sunalta train station opened. I now only usually walk in the summer time.

    I'm a 25 minute walk from work.

I'm too lazy for that, so I make it an 8 minute bike ride instead.

I'm looking at a place right now that, according to google, is a 31 minute walk to work. Meanwhile it would be like a 8 minute bus ride.

I just think it's sort of an awkward distance. It's a helluva a walk, but it also seems insane to ride the bus that short.
