Esso Extra + Esso Visa + SpeedPass?

Hi i have a question about esso extra points.

I pump supreme grade gas into my car which is 3 points for every $1.
I pay with my RBC Esso Visa card which is 2 points for every $1 at ESSO stations.
I signed up for speedpass so I can earn even more points at ESSO stations.

1. How much points will I get for every $1 with speedpass if I pump supreme grade gas?

2. I currently get 5 points for every $1 how much do I get if I link all 3 products? (Esso extra card, RBC Esso Visa card, Speedpass. Pumping supreme grade gas)

3. If I link all three products all the points get deposited in the same Esso Extra account?
