recommend me a: youtube video intro creator

I am starting up a new youtube channel, Spikers RC, and I want to create a short intro for my videos that I post. I would also like it to be free, and able to get 1080 quality.

Now, I know I might not get free, but I am wondering if anyone has ever done this before, who they used, is it worth it, etc...

I found one, but I can't get it in high quality, but I could at least change the color a bit...



anyone able to give me a lead?

You pretty much have to either go with a pre-built plug-in, or do it yourself. There are a lot of pre-made animations for Adobe After Effects (that's what I'm used to), and it's a powerful enough tool that you can make your own to customize it more to your liking. There are also a lot of tutorials available online that are easy (ish...) to follow, like Creative Cow for example.

What did you use to make the one you have in your post, if you don't mind me asking? It looks pretty decent.

Just pay the $10-25, your time is worth far more unless you have an interest in the creativity or an interest in a wider personal skill set.

I made my own for my videos following the thousands upon thousands of Sony Vegas Pro title tutorials on YT, they're usually about 10-20 mins long, follow the instructions and you can get some pretty amazing stuff to happen.

The plus side to making your own imo is say you want to so a certain focus segment, like 'spiker's RC - Offroad' or 'spiker's RC - building the best drifter' etc you can always make new segments with new graphics etc

yeah, it's not bad, I just hesitate to give out my CC info to a random site. It is only $2 to get the HD version.
