Spend a boatload of time at the rental property the last couple weeks in-between tenants cleaning and fixing stuff up. Can I claim any of that time on my income tax? What documentation do I need to make it legitimate?

The CRA has a list of tax deductions you cannot make on your rental property. Expenses you cannot claim as deductions include land transfer taxes (provincial and municipal), mortgage principal, your own labour cost for doing home repairs, and the personal amount of your expenses, such as utilities, mortgage interest or home insurance.
There IS a line that says you can claim mileage to and from other than for collecting rent.

Yea I was just going to ask about travel expenses. I've done probably 25 trips back and forth over the last month.
