Alright so not a whole lot of crazy things to update... Took the cup spoilers off a while back as I just wasn't feeling em.

Went for a nice cruise to Kelowna over the long weekend and car did great! So great that I thought I'd reward it with a new intake pipe and a COBB accessport which will be getting installed this weekend!

So far what's been done is garageline spacers 20mm all around
FS werks intake tube and soon to be installed COBB accessport

And a cool photo I took this past weekend in banff area

    Thanks dude!

I'm excited to run the accessport to see what kind or gains it gets. Makes sense in the long run as well for future mods such as intercooler and turboback that I hopefully plan on getting next year some time.

For the time being I ordered a sound symposer delete from steeda: for anybody that's new to a focus ford decided to add a "sound symposer tube" that feeds engin noise from the intake manifold to the cabin for more "driver experience"

Well it's pretty useless and annoying when you're on a longer road trip or start modding the motor so that's going.

The last engine part that I'm hoping to get soon is a Oil catch can.

Pics to follow when I get more done

You get a little bit of noise all the time. It's worse in the winter. It just farts into the cabin

I don't like doing things half assed lol

The delete kit from steeda is $45 with shipping here. Plus getting rid of the unnecessary engine clutter that thing creates is a big bonus to me.

First impression with tune is I'm very impressed. Throttle response is instant and car feels like it gained a lot more torque. Can't wait to do some data logging and get some more parts to put the accessport to real good use!

    Small little update

Replaced the Turbosmart BOV with an updated Mountune air recirculating vale. Much quieter and car feels a ton faster now. Turbosmart prob needed adjusting maybe but it felt a lot slower with it.

Have a roush catback exhaust on order as well

Why did you sell your supercharged mustang? Just seems like it had a lot more potential for upgrades if your going that route with your focus..just curious not hating. Is this going to be daily driven? Curious to hear it with the roush catback.

Mustang was a ticking time bomb. The 3v's don't like boost much at all. Besides I bought the car done up which was a mistake. Plus aside from being loud and decently quick it was boring as shit to drive.

Focus is best of both worlds. Fun and quick. Lots of room to upgrade as well. And yup the car is driven on a daily basis

Also 2 door car, can only be driven summer months and I got a big dog. No brainer. Done with mustangs.

If I ever get anything else it's going to be a z06

Things are going to start moving forward come the new year....

Wheels are currently on order and being made. ETA should be hopefully Mid March/Early April.

Roush Catback is about the biggest update that I have done to that car since this summer. Definitely opened it up a bit more and sounds so much better.

    So far updates/mods to come:
    Front Lip
    Wheels
Coilovers maybe ... Going to see how the wheels fit with the COBB springs currently on the car then decide if it needs more lows...
Roof is getting wrapped (I've decided ill probably give this a try)
And a likely upgrade for the summer will probably be an intercooler

Are you not worried about warranty at all with the accessport? I am on the fence between getting one or not... Also which oil are you using?

Don't all ECUs now have flash counters so they can see how many times it's been flashed/written over, so even if a stock one is back on they could tell?

And yes the stock system can be set back no problems and it shouldn't cause any issues.

Also I have no idea what oil is in it... The cars only ever had one oil change and that's been at the ford dealer. I'll see what they'll put in when I go in the new year. I'd change it myself but I gotta save face with that at least to maintain some sort of warranty and history through them
