Someone mentioned this is probably a Mountain Bluebird. The saturation of blue on these guys is not artificial, I couldn't believe it and pulled right over! The bird shots are all at least 100% crops.

Second time to the gates actually, they changed an A320 flight over to the 787 last week as well...and the 7th time a 787 has touched down here.

Wow that shot of the 787 is pretty amazing .. super jealous of how close you are able to get to those man. I presume you work there, what do you do? (They don't mind if you bring a camera out there?)

Oh I work for the catering company. I'm actually one of the supervisors on shift. I'd never had any yell at me for taking photos, but its discrete :p. Everyone else had their camera phone out taking selfies. I have a ton of pics of the inside of the plane and sleeping area topside as well when they demo'd it.

I believe that is their 3rd 787, from the tail 803. I heard they are gonna do the Narita to Calgary route with a 787.

I shot a couple rollers, trying to get back into this more..
The wheels aren't as "blurred" as I would like - I was shooting too quick a shutter speed.

They changed the login process, can't login with a Google or other account anymore. So you have to create a yahoo profile.

I didn't even know you could log in a different way.

The new girl at work wanted an easy hike as the first one in the Rockies. Was thinking Chester Lake but it's closed right now because there are too many grizzlies in the area. Shame, I might go out there Sunday just to cope out the area if any wildlife guys wanna join.

So decided on Grassi Lakes and mostly Grizzly Paw for beers lol.
