    Default hacking and IE6?

Is it true that, when you're typing an url into the address bar in explorer, and the address comes up automatically and you click it someone could hack you ( like if you're doing online banking ). Supposedly you have to type the address manually... Any truth in this?

I think you are referring to "auto complete" not "haxorz"

Worst case scenario, people can read info you are sending from your browser to a server. But sites like online banking encrypt that info, so you really don't have anything to worry about.

Typing a URL alone isnt going to do anything bad for you.

Using IE in general is a bad idea though. You can be infected with nasty things that are designed to steal your banking info just by viewing a web page. Even when you are fully patched and up to date.
