Spotify's already launched in Canada. You don't need a code to create an account anymore. It's free unless you get premium (offline mode and better quality).

Spotify Premium and SoundCloud are the only music services I use now.

I like it a lot. Google play is cheaper because I got in early, but I am currently using both. Spotify has more quality settings so it is a little easier on my cell data. Both work great on sonos also. Google play allows you to upload music though which is pretty handy. Spotify has an awesome PC app though so I use that at work. I also like the spotify playlists so I use those at the gym and I believe it also has some type of running playlist that has power songs and whatnot.
