Trevor, when I picked up the lock lug off your shelf and said it may be from my car and could I take it to try it out, you just shrugged your shoulders and said yes. That would have been a good time to tell me the lock lug has been sitting on the shelf for two years. If would have saved me time driving back to my place to test the lug. It would also have been a good time to offer to order new lock lugs or at least new plain lugs. But instead you make the offer now to try to improve your image. Sorry, but too little too late.

You also state you "go way beyond most shops" to help out your customers. I cannot imagine how you could possibly know that. Maybe you have a different definition of customer service than I do.

Here is an example of good customer service. I went to the dealer, Centaur Subaru on MacLeod Trail, to buy a replacement lock lug key. Unfortunately the parts department had just closed but as the guy was closing up he told me that kind of part has to be ordered. A mechanic was standing around listening and offered to help. The mechanic was working on his own time after the shop had closed. He used the shop's master lug keys to remove my lock lugs. As he was finishing up, the parts guy came out and told me he opened the parts desk back up so I could buy 4 plains lugs so I do not drive home with missing lugs.

That is what I call good customer service. They went beyond the minimum required. Trevor, you did not meet the minimum.

I like how spikers called Mario out on an assumption that it was months ago, Mario retaliated and defended himself saying he never said anything like that, but then later we find out it was months ago anyways

I would have likely sided with Mario if this happened right after he had his car worked on, but man it's been 4 months. If that happened to me 4 months later, I would not bad mouth a shop like that. It's such a small part, not like whole set of wheels SDS stole from Jaymez. Shit happens, for something like that I may give the shop another chance.

I lol'd too when it came out that it was 4 months. There's always 2 sides to every story so if you're going to talk shit make sure its credible and you have proof. To go online and accuse a shop of something 4 months later is beyond retarded.

Oh yeah, total assumption on my part, that was just the vibe I got reading his bullshit. Then he calls me on it, so I left it alone, only to find out I was right.

Way to go Glen Meadows! This just shows that you can please most of the customers most of the time, but then you still have abortion bucket rejectees that come in.

Why focus on the the length of time it took me to find out the mechanic and manager forgot to return my spare lugs and key. I do not take inventory of my car parts after a car is picked up at the shop. The timing was based solely on the onset of winter and the need to install winter tires.

The real issue is the mechanic forgot to place the lugs and key back in the car. Second, when they found the parts lying around, they did not make the effort to contact the owner. The case had the make of car written on it. And third, when I called them up asking if they were found, they made no effort to help me out.

    Three strikes.

His main hobby appears to be playing the lottery... I don't think much more needs to be said.

Dude just walk away, what are you trying to accomplish by continuing this nonsense.

    Timeline
-OP starts thread to discredit a business he believes wronged him.
-His complaint is pretty minor and easily remedied.
-Discredited business shows up, stands up to solve issue a generally owns the fuck out of OP.
-Despite a massive owning by the business and countless Beyond members OP continues to post, blind to the fact they look less intelligent with every word.

Why focus on the length of time when you forgot to check for it in the first place when you picked up the car? How about a small slice of responsibility on your behalf!
