IT people: how i get reduce spam (sendmail)

its for a social agency i like to help out

i tried DNSBL users still get a tone

there is spamassian but have no where to start or to actually make it work ..

sendmail is the local mTA (i guess that means it accepts the emailboxes) from virtuser table.
