Default Looking for a Tiler for Kitchen Renovation

    Hi guys,

I have my kitchen renovation scheduled to begin week of July 20, 2015, and need a tile guy to come in do the flooring for me that week. I'm having a hard time finding someone that is recommended and also available, I tried Calgary Dave, but he's booked up for quite some time. Are there any other recommendations out there?

As well, any opinions on what this would cost?

    Area
    1. Kitchen is 14' x 9' = 126sq feet
    2. kitchen hall way is 11' x 3 = 33 sq feet
Total square footage = 159 sq feet.

    I need the following:
    1. Remove old lino floors from Kitchen and Kitchen Hallway
    2. Replace with new plywood subfloors if required
    3. Install tile that I already purchased (12"x24" Porcelain tile)

I'd be a little nervous of any tile guy you are able to find on 2 weeks notice to do an area that small.

Lots of cuts for small areas. I expect it to be fairly pricey.

FYI: Your options are, tile over the lino. There's ways to properly do this.
    B) If you want lino removed, probably best to just cut down to subfloor and pull it all at same time. Removing lino can be a $%#$&.
