Looking for opinions on the cheaper brands.

Any real world experience with Nexen Winspike or Cooper WeatherMaster ST2? Looking for a softer tire with better snow/ice. The Toyo Observe GSi-5 and BF Goodrich KSi are a bit more price wise.

Don't have many options in the 205/65/75/15 range.

Interesting I think I learnt something new here. It's for the 2011 Transit and it only gave me 3 options at 205/65/15 but when you type in the size you have 26 options on 1010tires.

I have a couple of friends that ordered from PMC and said it was smooth and the cheap shipping came really quickly.

I've only ordered from PMC once, over a year ago. With the cheapest shipping option, it was here within 3 business days via Purolator. Somebody else I know who just ordered recently received their tires within 4 days.

They definitely have very good pricing.

Looking at going the winter tire route this winter. Are Blizzaks still the go-to for people who know nothing about tires?

I had a quote from a dealer for 4x 215/60/R16 Blizzaks, with 4 steel rims, sensors, balanced and mounted for 1365$. Car is a '13 Ford Fusion.

Not sure if that's good or not.

I found Blizzaks to be more expensive than the Michelin XI3, which imo is a better tire. Just depends if it's available for that size.

Which Blizzaks? There are a lot of alternatives in that size.

Costco has x-ice in that size for like ~$600 for tires mount/balance. You would just have to source steel wheels/sensors (Need to mount these also) yourself. Once you add it up you might not be saving much in the end though... Wheels you can get from costco, I paid $220 for 4x 17". All depends on how much the TPMS cost and if they need to be programmed. Acura I think I paid around $250 for all the sensors.

Is that a LT fitment? If not it seems a bit high to me

I put the winters on the car last weekend ( which i managed to do myself for the first time which i am way to proud of lol). Ill wait a few more weeks for the truck i think. For November months it doesnt even really need winters anyways.

I got my Hankook Ipike RW11 from PMC tire. They are in Quebec. They had 3-4 shipping choices. I picked the cheapest one, $26 and they arrived in 1 week. Most expensive one was $150 or so for overnight shipping. They offered studs for $15 extra so I got that too. Purolator delivered them. They were 156lbs total and driver wasn't impressed loading them into my garage

You guys can also try quattrotires.
I ordered my last set of tires from them and its the best prices I could find. Might not be quick 2 day shipping but its within a week and they ship from Quebec.

Sounds expensive. I paid about that for Blizzaks on decent looking alloys from UrbanX 2 winters ago and those were 225/50/17.

Edit: Didn't see that you were doing TPMS, I didn't have those when I did mine.
