House prices in fort Mac during this recession

Just taking a look at fort mac real estate as I had heard house prices are dropping fast there. I'm having a hard time finding 2014-2015 price comparisons. Just curious as to how bad of a beating their housing market is taking with oil down and so many layoffs.

My husband was a big part of the community up there before we moved to Calgary in June and within every month there has been 50 to up to 200 for closures. It's slowed down now to nothing but a lot of people have lost a decent amount up there so far.

That place was just waiting for a melt down. Those prices up there were no where NEAR sustainable if a drop in prices came down the pipe. (pun intended)
