A friend was sitting in her condo when she hears a bunch of screaming coming from the parking lot. She heads to her patio to find a guy yelling "Fuck you! You cockroaches!"
This very angry man proceeds to throw a tow strap on a car that has apparently been parked in this guys designated parking spot.
Friend pulls out her cellphone to get a quick snapchat of this guy forcefully removing the car from his spot!!!!!
Somebody must have called the cops as the RCMP showed up but by the time they arrived, the truck driver had pulled the car completely out of the way and backed into his spot. You can see his truck backed in on the left side of the pic.
EDIT: This happened in Red Deer.

Looking around
Wondering what became
Of what I once knew
it is a feel good moment for the truck but if he pulled my car out with a tow strap. he would have a fun time the next day figuring out who is going to tow his truck to the shop.

That was awesome haha. I used to live in a building where we had designated parking, can't count the number of times someone was parked in my reserved spot. Some people are just too dense

Unless truck damaged car in some manner, this is going to amount to nothing. The RCMP would see this as the same as a tow truck arriving to move a vehicle (but without the impound). So essentially the truck owner saved the car owner impound and towing fees !!
Had the low-IQ truck driver not yelled anything, no one probably would have looked away from their TVs and noticed anything.
Yup. I double parked someone, only to have the parking authority get mad at ME when there was nowhere else to park I moved my car and he was towed, boy was he mad. Guess he missed the giant 'RESERVED PARKING' sign.

Originally posted by speedog Off topic but is that the only way an iPhone can take a video?
If so, it is rather annoying and surprising that Apple hasn't addressed that.
If not, how come users like this can't figure things out or is it still just a combination of an Apple quirk and dumb users?
No, obviously not the only way the iPhone can record video. That being said, the clip posted was originally shot in an app called snapchat which makes it more convenient to take pictures and video in portrait rather than landscape.

TIL that I know nothing of iPhones or snapchat but that video taken with snapchat is annoying.
Red deer solutions! I can't say that I blame the stall owner. I had a kid park in my stall once. Oh I'll just be a few minutes. Oh yeah..how about move it right now you don't pay for this stall. Also second the comment about: don't park behind them and call the CPA. The officer will refuse to issue a tow notice.
