I dyno'd my car and although the graph was basically the same shape (as a sea level graph) I made peak power 300rpm higher. Our elevation really plays on the volumetric efficiency of the high strung engines.

That is a 200+ mph RUF though, so I think in something like that you would want lots of downforce.
