    Sounds like a cheap idiot who didn't do his research. The fact that he was trying to haggle you at the point of sale is just embarrassing as well.

    Add me to the "go pound sand, no refunds" camp. Especially on something that cheap... I don't understand how something $30 is worth anybody's time to try to get their money back

    Happened to me once - Sold a brand new STILL SEALED gear VR that I got from my Galaxy S7.

    He goes home opens it and says i used it.
