Well, they voted to suggest that someone else ban the combustion engine, since they have no legislative power over that issue.
Still, very interesting. Clearly non-combustion powered transport will be come a larger part of the mix as we move forward. Maybe this is more of a symbolic acknowledgment of that fact?
