Up for sale is a brand new, MISB Nest Smart Thermostat (still has the factory plastic wrap around the box). Why don't I want a cool toy like this you ask? My dad who's nearly 70 years old received it in the mail, never ordered nor expected it and thought some criminal had stolen his identity to mail crap to his address. When UPS told him they would charge him to return it to the sender, he of course refused to pay (was more concerned about who the hell had his address) and destroyed the packing slip. He didn't have the foresight to try and contact the seller to find out where it should've been delivered to. So now he's stuck with a device he doesn't know how to use nor wants to have, and I have other priorities that I could use the funds from this sale for instead.
