Cooking cakes from everything I find in the refrigerator. Sometimes it's salty, other times sweet, sometimes it's tasty, other times it's not. But I enjoy the process!

I don't have photos, but I used fried chicken mince as the cake layers, and the filling included cheese, bacon, ketchup, tomatoes and eggs on top. Made two layers and cooked it in oven for 20-25 minutes. It was a bit fatty, but very tasty! This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
