The internet is like $75-80 bucks but itself, so in effort to save costs (they are close to retirement, not much $$), I am thinking of switching them to any other kind of internet provider, as long as it's cheaper and unlimited, even if the speed is much slower, as long as it's enough to stream a couple of streams at the same time of Youtube and Netflix. I have been out of the intenet shopping game for many many years, last time I was involved 3web was still around....so i was wondering what options are available in Calgary for cheap internet providers, and if there are upfront costs with modem purchase etc.
I do plan on calling telus and saying that we will be canceling and seeing what they will offer, but I want to have all options on the table.
Thanks
