One of the BVS towers had the highest $/sq-ft in all of DT Calgary at one point, somewhat recently. I think it was the short one, too.

Sounds ideal for an owner tbh. One shift of crew only, no juggling people on peak / off peak luls. Close up by 4pm and then go enjoy the rest of your day.

Minus rent being nuts and hope you sell enough during your daily lunch rush.
