I thought this is 100% why I would not likely change my plan, or other people may not. By Scale, there should be a $40/month plan with 2-4GB. That's why they likely won't get impacted. You don't need predatory pricing in this environment when your industry has had nothing but predatory pricing for it's entire existence.

It sounds like you are possibly confused about what Pembina does. Refineries are irrelevant to a propane and pipeline company. But if you want to make the comparison to oil companies and refineries, then Pembina IS "integrated". They fractionate NGL in to Propane which they can gouge profit on. And as mentioned their product isn't handicapped by pipeline capacity. They can just ship it by rail to the coast where they are building their new storage and barge loading terminal, and ship it to new over seas customers. Something oil companies also can't do.

I think a lot of Albertans don't get it since NG is so abundant and what we all heat our homes with. Believe it or not, C3 has a lot more uses than just BBQ'ing. Outside of our Alberta bubble C3 is a big deal. Especially since it is what is used for processes like making plastics and whatnot.

Ok, so how much is it, then? I appreciate that it's different outside of Alberta but it's pretty fucking literally a "pay to dispose of" item, here. While it may be worth more in Ontario, I still think it's worth fuck all and if they could choose to not deal with it, they would.
