So you are mad that UCP is spending money to validate their changes to the curriculum left over from the NDP?
He's mad at the suggestion the government might be overpaying people, or that the work might not be necessary, or that the people involved might not be ideal for the job.

No, he's mad there's outrage that someone got paid a reasonable wage for reasonable work by the same people who complain no one is ever paid enough.

Hey, I'm loving the stance that people involved in government education can and should be paid a reasonable wage for reasonable work and I commend you for supporting it. It shows a lot of personal growth.

Honest question. Where do Calgary and Edmonton fit on the national scale for teachers average salaries?

Found it close enough. Alberta pays teachers more than any other province.

I’d love to be able to hire a lawyer at $400/day rates.

$400/day is the rate for all the people on the list. Which is why the lawyer and the history magazine editor and the 'Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner' have the same daily rate of $400.

French isn't on the panel because he's a lawyer, it's because of his background in theatre and literature and the Humanities.

I think the corporate lawyer team we've been using is $580/hr. And we use a shit load of legal services.
