Be careful that the roots are not growing into or near the foundation, or when you rip that bad boy out you are gonna have issues!
well i dont care if the roots are still there... as long as the tree and most of the stump are gone... just gonna put gravel or cement blocks over it anyways probably
A tree spade will cut all of the roots so he should be fine.Originally posted by FastDak318

is it illegal to cut down those trees? cause i remember i had a tre in front of my house but "wasn't allowed" to cut it down..
only if its near the street, because then it likely belongs to the city.. this one is in the middle of my back yard, so im sure its mine
damnit, damn tree is pissing me off too haha.Originally posted by Gonthro

Call Dr. Stump. He's in the phone book. Or, prove to the city that the tree is a hazard, and they'll cut it for free

Some communties have a requirement for trees in the front yard, as part of a community beautification plan.Originally posted by lam-boy

You start with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience before you empty the bag of luck.
I cut down a couple trees like that. I could cut it down and get it hauled out. I don't know what to charge, but it would be cheaper than anyone else! Is there any buildings or power lines in the way??? got pics?
not really, the garage is like 5 feet away, and the house is about 15 feet away... and i have a trailer... my mom wants the wood :P
but is not anywhere near to any buildings as that one in yer picture but its about the same height
