I managed to get an EVGA XC3 3070 yesterday from Bestbuy ($899). I assume it's good for the price for these days.
Just debating if I should actually pick it up and make a build.

Intel 12600K (not sure about cooler, is air cooler sufficient?)

32GB Ram (3200 CL 16)
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB
Seasonic 750W Platinum Fully Modular
Not sure about the case yet. Maybe Lian Li O11 dynamic but it sucks you have to buy all the fans.
