We got a zinus green tea one from Amazon a couple years ago, and it's perfect for a guest room. It was way cheaper than the others you mention (just checked and I paid $225 on black friday for the 12"), and is every bit as comfortable as the expensive kingsdown mattress we have in our master.

we did the same thing and turned the room into another office type room with a big old tube TV and a few vintage consoles. Had a family friend ask us if they could stay over and I said sure if you dont mind sleeping on the floor because we got rid of the guest room and they found alternate accomodiations lol

Stadia is pretty bad just like the other streaming gaming services, but you get a free controller and Chromecast Ultra even if you cancel it right away which seems to be what most people are doing.
