I honestly don't care. I love camping in the mountains, but if they don't want our money then they can eat shit. I wish all Albertans would stop going across the border for tourism altogether.
Talk about bullshit protectionism in the name of public safety. Fuck that province.
How does priority booking increase safety at all? Discrimination
I really like a few spots out there, but whatev. Simplifies my planning.

Hmmmm, how do I leverage my hopefuly upcoming bc residency to setup beyonders with bc parks sites? And whats my ROI?
Already thinking like a British Columbian. How can I profit off of my Albertan neighbours. Whether it's pipelines or campsites. Nice. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I have already booked all but one of my BC camping trips. Private campgrounds though.
Alberta provincial camping reservations open tomorrow. I have no need for first 90 days, so I won't be joining the big rush. But good luck to all you campers.

for anyone who's bad at math: https://www.convertunits.com/dates/daysfromnow/90
90 days from today is June 2, so for Alberta parks reservations, you must arrive on or before that date to book a campsite today.

I hope you all know the exact site number you want, with a back up spot in mind, because they shut down the site until reservation time and you can't see the details/photos of them anymore.
Best campsite suggestions for the Drumheller area?
Would like to spend a day at dino museum, another day hiking badlands, maybe tour the downtown for ice cream. Any campground close to these, with nice spots? Thinking of going there June 25-30, to be ahead of the scorching summer heat.
My Karma ran over your Dogma
I’m out for the first 90, all my camping friends got their wives knocked up during covid so it might be a light year

Camping without friends is glorious.

Second only to camping by yourself, with an empty park. I always love going a night or two ahead of my friends/family.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Camping with one kid is pretty fun once you are all set up.
