No idea on the composting toilet, but glad the bus project is still happening.

Unrelated, I have some gently used and new RV parts for sale in marketplace for anyone looking. Dometic rooftop AC and a new suburban water heater.

Was out in Franchere Bay last weekend. It was nice to get away from the smoke for a couple days. Even managed to see the northern lights.
Anybody have any trips planned? Sylvan Lake was really nice. Was great having an RV all ready to use.
Our last one of the year will be next week at Cypress Hills.

We ain't goin out like that!
Anyone make it out for the long weekend? We got spots in Bow Valley. I liked it, except we were in F loop so the sites were really closed together. I had a bit of an audience when I pulled in, unlatched the teardrop, and just pushed it into my spot by hand haha
Cypress Hills as I mentioned. Due to the ridiculous CBE schedule, I got two nights solo, then switched off with Mrs.Tok and she got 3 nights solo, then my daughter and I joined her for the weekend.
Clear skies almost every night, and so many stars to be seen. The lake was cold and gross though, and a couple of days were far too windy to enjoy.

Definitely an advantage being able to just roll it wherever. Still loving teardrop life? You've definitely been putting the miles on it.
For sure man. I came across some really sweet deals on some tent trailers over the summer, but opted to pass cause of the teardrop convenience factor. When we stayed in Franchere Bay, I just doubled up on another site by tucking it into a corner nobody was using. We were in Drumheller a couple months back and it started raining the morning we were leaving and I was packed up and ready to go in 20 minutes whereas everyone else was scrambling around to get their shit packed up and trailers taken down hahaThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. I'm probably gonna take it out to Drayton Valley next weekend for a 100km bike ride and I'm hoping I can squeeze in another Banff/Canmore/Kananaskis trip before it gets too cold.
Right on. Got any pics of the back end kitchen setup? I think I only saw it when it was empty. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I have two of these, they're decent. Small enough to fit in the front bottom storage of the trailer, run them in tandem for 30 amps. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Two of these is cheaper than my Honda 2200.

Running in tandem? .?This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
There's a plugin where you can sync them together and gives you a 30 amp RV plug. Pretty easy to do for those rare times you need AC.This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Sorry parallel is the correct term, not tandem. I picked this up from Amazon
