Summer 2019 I randomly noticed some noise from the front drivers side of my WRX. Pulled into a parking lot and noticed that 3 of my lugs were loose, but only on that one wheel and my locking lug was still torqued properly. I change over my own tires by hand and torque the wheels with a torque wrench so I know they were torqued down and rechecked at that torque properly. Chalked it up to them being tampered with given that all other wheels were still solid and the locker was tight.
Fast forward to tonight, I'm driving and notice a similar sound. Pull into a parking lot and sure enough, lugs on my drivers side front wheel are loose. This time the locker is also loose though. All other wheels still torqued properly.
Is this a sign of needing to get the studs replaced? Bad wheel nuts? Something else I'm not thinking of?
