Fuel is the story that western media seems to want pushed, which is no doubt a part of it. 28 cents per liter for LPG is damn expensive for that part of the world, considering 12 cents is more norm.
If I were a conspiracist: This would be orchestrated so that Putin can push more troops to the extremities of what he can do without declaring war.
