Since photo radar disappeared there have been more unmarked cars looking for cash grab opportunities.
Got pulled over twice in 6 months for tint after 7 years of nothing
Time to dump these tint

Interesting. Daytime pull overs or getting pinched at night?
Asking for a rush hour tinted driver.
Day time twice. Could be bad luck on my end but it’s been so annoyingThis quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age."

Cops pissed that they have to get out of their cars to enforce laws.
Interesting.
I’ve had the lightest tint on my front windows and haven’t had an issue yet ….

Did they pull you over for tint, or were you pulled over for speeding (or whatever), and then they gave you a tint ticket? This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote

Pulled over for tint and got a lecture about how I’m not supposed to; proceeded to do the fingernail test on the edges and then issued me a ticket
Second one I had an unmarked F250 tail me for 15 minutes; pulled me over then just glanced at my passenger window and gave me another tint ticket
I’ve had 3 cars with tinted windows at various points over the past 10 years. Only time I got pulled over/ticketed was on the one with the lightest tints, and was pulled over specifically for that reason. Not speeding or breaking any other law. My most recent car with tinted windows was my fiesta, and despite them being pretty much blacked out, never got trouble for it.
Had tint my whole driving life. Many tickets in my teens and 20s.
Last ticket was a decade plus ago. Cop did an aggressive u turn by the airport, I forgot I even had tint at the time.
Cop said, you know why I'm pulling you over?
I said, no clue! But had to be some sort of emergency with the aggressive turn in traffic.
He said, window tint and you're getting a ticket for it.
Last time I got pulled over for tint I got off with a cul de sac. Feels like that was 15 years ago.
