They're usually confidential.

They're an agreement between shareholders and the corporation. For publicly traded common stock you're just a pleb and so you'll just get the proxy statement.

If you're forming a company with other founders and investors and want to incorporate, you sure as hell want an agreement. Typically you'll have different classes of stock ("A" gets voting rights, "B" do not, etc.) and clauses like tag-along and drag-along.

When Lebanon was wiped because of that fertilizer explosion, a lot of warehouses started shipping out and kept a much more moderate amount in stockpile. Now that Putin is no longer shipping, there might not be enough on the year.
