Wait are you dolts thinking that shareholders' agreements don't exist?
@suntan - Do you have an example of one for a Canadian Public Company? Not sure I have ever read one. TIA!

    They're usually confidential.

They're an agreement between shareholders and the corporation. For publicly traded common stock you're just a pleb and so you'll just get the proxy statement.

If you're forming a company with other founders and investors and want to incorporate, you sure as hell want an agreement. Typically you'll have different classes of stock ("A" gets voting rights, "B" do not, etc.) and clauses like tag-along and drag-along.

I know somebody that got screwed over real hard by his wife when they divorced as she owned shared of the company and she absolutely refused to sell to a buyer, thus fucking over him, the company and herself.

I realize most of you don't think this is a thing because y'all just employees. Fuck there aren't even any c-suite people here.

If they are confidential how do you check them on SEDAR?

Got to hate everything I see on US and even Brazil boosting output and coming to aid of EU.
Meanwhile, wtf is Turd doing? Asking what acting classes Zelenski took?!
Commodity prices like these don't happen all the time.
Build the infrastructure now and payout quickly.
    LNG terminals, etc.

US still has a solid three months in the strategic petroleum reserve. What is more concerning to me is the availability of fertilizer. When Lebanon was wiped because of that fertilizer explosion, a lot of warehouses started shipping out and kept a much more moderate amount in stockpile. Now that Putin is no longer shipping, there might not be enough on the year.

Alberta has enough sour gas to generate enough fertilizer for Canadians.

Fitty years ago. Hey Google, what was the price of oil in 1972?

I wonder how much oil will be in 2072? Assuming we haven't wiped the planet or sucked it all out of the ground.
