This angle looks better than the lower tailgate portion already shown. Also looks like a carbon copy of the Tacoma interior... whether thats a good thing or not.

Tacoma for comparison... note screen, volume, start stop and vent.
I mean that’s the nature of literally selling 3 of the same vehicle
I honestly have no idea what the difference between a 4Runner and Land Cruiser is supposed to be still.
Looking forward to finding out

4Runner might be the one that has the V6 from the GX?This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
No way does the 4 runner get a 6 cylinder
Willing to bet its the exact same offerings as the Tacoma.. down to the TRD Pro and TrailHunter getting the Hybrid Max. Perhaps they ditch the bottom engine and keep mid and Hybrid Max?
-The 2.4L Turbocharged 4-cylinder engine is available on the SR model with 228 horsepower and 243 ln-ft torque on the SR model.
-The higher trim levels from the SR, like the SR5, 2024 Tacoma increase from there to 278 horsepower and 317 lb-ft torque.
-Hybrid Max: 326 horsepower, 465 lb-ft torque
Either way, top 2 improve on the 5th gen 270-hp 278 lb 4.0-liter V6 engine, at least power wise.
This massive touchscreen fad where it's not integrated into the dash needs to stop - I cannot stand the glued-on iPad look. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
If this gen of 4R is sharing a lot with the Tacoma, is the frame changing?

It’s a shock the GX even gets it.

I don’t think Toyota is that bad of a culprit of the iPad phenomenon but I guess we will see. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
The new body on frame truck platform is all the same. Slightly different wheelbases between but otherwise it’s all the same from 4R up to the Tundra

There's no chance of that. It's cheaper to design, produce, assemble, and it's also superior from a functional/UX perspective. The only drawback is aesthetics, which are subjective anyhow. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
I don’t think the Lexus take is terrible, at least it’s somewhat integrated with the bottom and left part of the dashboard.
The Land Cruiser is basically same same.

The more upmarket you go, sometimes, the better they try to integrate it. Probably because they allocate more budget to aesthetically pleasing interiors on nicer cars, or something like that. This quote is hidden because you are ignoring this member. Show Quote
Oh man can’t wait to see the packaging of the Hybrid Max battery. Major L

Always someone in the crowd who calls something a "Major L" with only two posted photos...
Went to Toyota to look at a grand Highlander for the wife.
Sales bro said 6-8 mths for non hybrid, 18mths for hybrid.
Sequoia is 3-5 years, really??
We aren’t buying today so not a big deal, and I know there is wait times but seems crazy.
Some feedback of the LC in the wild. All in all what you'd expect

Long vid.
Pretty impressed with how it did with those tires.
Shame we don’t get that powertrain here ( 2.8Diesel ). I would take that all day over an over complicated hybrid.
