    So whoever pull that alert over the weekend isn't following procedure and is a pure political move by AB gov to scare people. There are a few more levers to pull before that alert would have gone out.

    There are industrial customers that has agreed to shutdown 1st before we will get into that state.

    Hard to know if it was political but AESO had already issued their highest level of load shedding alert 2 hours prior to the phone notification going out. The AB internal load was still rising and the estorage reserves plus DCR were all almost down to 0 so it was a much worse situation than other times we've entered load shedding alerts.
